Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Periods:

  • a. Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
  • b. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
  • c. No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling:

  • Customers may reschedule their tour to an available date within the current calendar year without incurring any additional fees, provided they notify us at least 7 days in advance of the original tour date.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • Customers who do not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Group Bookings:

  • For group bookings (more than 5 participants), cancellations should be made at least 45 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 45 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Group cancellations within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions that affect the safety of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in such cases.

6. Minimum Participant Requirement:

  • Some tours may have a minimum participant requirement. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.

7. Changes by Enduroway:

  • In rare cases, we may need to make changes to the tour itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as safety concerns, equipment issues, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

8. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request in the original form of payment.

9. Communication:

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made in writing via email or through our booking platform.

10. Liability: – Enduroway is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer, such as travel or accommodation costs, in the event of a tour cancellation.
